Ghost Ships!

Sitting at the San Juan port having a little breakfast before getting out to explore a little I look over next to us and it is quite the reminder of the times we are still living in.

Here is a massive cruise ship that in normal times would be bustling with vacationing tourists but now is totally et the San Juan port having a little breakfast before getting out to explore a little I look over next to us and it is quite the reminder of the times we are still living in. Empty of passengers and just has a few crew members working on keeping her in shape. As great as it is to be sailing again and doing the things I love to do I know we are still not there yet on the road back to "Normal". This is the second trip here in two weeks and the second empty ship we have seen. Normal times are coming a little bit each day but that may include a new normal when it comes to sailing. Obviously that is clear on our ship with people wearing masks everywhere but somehow that even is becoming more normal. I am thankful at being able to sail and do the things I love to do.

Well on that note, I am off to explore some more of San Juan. Actually I think I am being dragged off to hunt free jewelry gimmicks. I guess I can say that is a normal thing to do when sailing with the wife!
